25 Years Anniversary Anthology in Computers and Law

The Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law - a department of the Faculty of Law at the University^ Oslo (Nonway) - celebrates its 25th anniversary in 1995. From the very beginning the NRCCL has been conducting research within the major areas of computers and law: The law of information technology, and the development of computerised systems for the legal profession. The NRCCL has become known as one of the leading research institutes of the world. This anthology is therefore important to all taking interest in the issues.
In the anthology, 16 papers present aspects of computers and law, all by persons currently working at, or having been associated with, the NRCCL. The majority of the papers is written for this anthology, and offers a current view of the area.
The issues addressed in this book are organised in six
parts:

- Legal aspects of coinputerised systems in the public administration
- Telecommunication law
