A READER ON HEALING AND WHOLENESS
We have dreamed a dream, have seen a vision, have formulated a ministry, and have released it to become an ongoing reality. That's LEAD.
LEAD adopts the "Jesus model" for teaching and developing leaders. Jesus chose twelve men to be with Him. He lived with them, traveled with them, empowered them, and gave them dignity and correction. In final delegation. He left the future of the Church, for which He died, in their hands.
LEAD is about leadership — leaders-as-stewards in terms of relationship. It is people — individuals giving life to books and seminars and teachers. It is corporate, in the sense that corporate leadership is committed to this life-long learning task — a commitment to serve with all the insight and skill and experience available, to release everybody to everything God planned us to be.
LEAD releases us to claim the promise of God for vitality and fruitfulness. Isaiah encompasses this in chapter 58, verses 11 and 12.
