AIDS:
Responses, Interventions
and Care
Edited by Peter Aggleton, Graham Hart and Peter Davies
The fourth conference on Social Aspects of AIDS took place
at South Bank Polytechnic in London in March 1990,
attracting a wide range of social researchers, health and
social services workers and members of statutory and

demonstrate the diversity of work that is currently underway,
as well as the quality of individual research initiatives. Rarely
has so much energy been expended so productively in the
pursuit of a common set of goals.
