Then comes the exercise—the great driver of positive change in your body. From the right warm-ups to the best aerobic exercises to a lifetime workout of 25 whole-body strength exercises—what the authors call the "Sacred 25"—it's a program that will not only accelerate weight loss but also help put off 70 percent of the normal problems associated with aging (weakness, sore joints, bad balance), and eliminate 50 percent of serious illness and injury forever.
It's a virtuous cycle: Eat better, work out more, and make lasting weight loss and improved heakh possible.
