ABOUT THE AUTHOR
David J. Merrell is Professor of Zoology and Genetics at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. Following undergraduate work at Rutgers University in his native state he studied at Harvard University, from which he received his doctorate in 1948.
Dr. Merrell has taught both introductory and advanced courses in genetics at the University of Minnesota for almost twenty years and has lectured in Summer Institutes on Behavioral and Population Genetics at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to some forty articles and research reports in scholarly journals he is the author of Evolution and Genetics. Vissza
