I feel great, thanks: My health has never been better, my spirits are great, I have boundless energy. I haven't lost a single tooth-and, as for my hair, weil, it hasn't been worth counting! Thus we decided, Véronique and I, to collaborate, with our knowledge gained from experience and science, on the complicated problem of dieting, and so doing, try to be of help to our fellow-slimmets. We jointly endeavored to sum up in this book both our experiences and knowledge, to share with you the saga of my greedy life, the story of a pleasure-seeker who lacked the strength of will to successfully diet, and finally, a winner.
