Sub-lieutenant Alan Dowald, dismissed from the Navy as the result of a mishap to his ship, joins the French Foreign Legion. Then he finds himself again at sea. His mission is the suppression of Annamite pirates who are trying to create international trouble. Alan and his little ship, manned by a mixed but admirable company, have to do their job without official French backing. It takes them ashore for a time, and a strange run of circumstances finds Alan and the faithful My Tho in a position to carry out some desperate exploits against the " Black Leopard's " land organization. Their first task accomplished, the little band aboard their old craft Chi-fii are given another which involves a terrific fight in a furious gale, against two pirate junks, and the rescue of a disabled troopship. The success of this gallant action and the strange revelation of some new evidence, lead to the reversal... Tovább
