The present volume, the second in the series of Hungarian State and Law, presents, on the basis of legal regulation as well as operational experience, a few distinctive features of the changes that took place in the last couple of years.
In order to ensure a better understanding of the developmental tendencies characterizing the most recent period, the introductory study offers to outline the course of Hungarian economy from direct plan instruction to indirect market regulation. This is followed by a detailed discussion of the different forms of association and enterprise, with^special emphasis on problems related to joint ventures with foreign share. The last study deals with the description and analysis of regulations to protect foreign investment.
The authors are outstanding and well-known theoretical and practical experts.
