This book contains the main parts of Georgi Dimitrov's report and concluding speech to the Seventh Congress of the Comintern. The nature of fascism as a social and political phenomenon is, revealed in them. Although these problems were posed some 35 eyars ago, their significance is still valid today. As Georgi Dimitrov emphasized, the rallying of the working class around the Communist Party is a decisive factor against the onslaught of reaction, for the victory of socialism and democracy.
