About the Author
Henry S. Harrison, MAI, RM, SRPA, CSA, IFAS, ASA, is a well-known real estate educator and author who lectures throughout the country on real estate appraising. He is also publisher of Real Estate Valuation magazine and has been on the national faculties of AIREA and SREA (now the Appraisal Institute). Mr. Harrison has been a real estate broker, developer, appraiser and consultant for more than 35 years. A graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, he also holds a master's degree in adult education/real estate appraising from Goddard College in Vermont. Mr. Harrison has served on several boards and is currently president of the New Haven Real Estate Education Foundation. He is former president of ARC-America's Home Buying Consultants, Inc., a firm specializing in the preparation of residential appraisals in Connecticut. Vissza
