Joginder Sethi has fifteen years of experience in computing involving application design, data modelling, RDBMS design, EDI development, software project management and totál quality management (TQM). Constant exposure to Digital's VAX computer system and the VMS operating system have allowed Joginder to accrue a breadth and depth of knowledge of this environment sufficient to be considered as one of the foremost experts in its performance manaaement and capacity planning. Over 200 VAX systems in the U.K. have so far benerited from Joginder's tuning techniques.
Joginder has travelled extensively giving presentations on application system design, RDBMS's, OpenVMS tuning for DECUS, UKCMG and other organizations. He is alsó a regular contributor of technical and project management articles to DEC User and DEC computing magazines.
