I TESTED AND PROVEN
A common complaint in many cookbooks is that some of the recipes do not work, probably because they have not been tested and edited carefully. Although all our recipes are written and cooked by experienced cooks, yet they have all been tested and proven; and even modified to suit all taste. For example, if a curry dish is too spicy the ingredients would have to be readjusted. You can also be assured that our cooks have not kept back any "secrets" - which is another common complaint.
I CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECISE INGREDIENTS
Many of our cooks conduct cooking classes and therefore, they know the problems many cooks face. Because of this, the instructions are in simple steps. Most importantly, all the ingredients necessary have been included a'nd carefully edited.
¦ VIVID ILLUSTRATIONS
The cover of the cookbook features a soft focus look (currently fashionable) but throughout the book the illustrations are vivid so that they reflect what the actual finished dishes should look like.
