Soccer Training is a best-selling coaching manual that brings together practices and routines used and recommended by some of the world's top coaches. It contains in excess of 60 games and drills aimed at developing specific skills such as:

• dribbling and screening

Malcolm Cook was a professional soccer player for nine seasons. He has coached Doncaster Povers and Bradford City, and he has worked on the coaching staff at Liverpool. Dr Nick Whitehead O.B.E. is the former Deputy Director of the Sports Council for Wales. He has been fitness adviser to several top-class soccer clubs during his career.
