Roozbeh Kangari, Ph.D., an author of numerous articles, is Associate Professor and Director of Building Construction Program in the College of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to this he worked as a consultant in the U.S., a construction field engineer in the Middle East, a research engineer for Shimizu Corporation in Tokyo, and he also worked at the Center for Building Science and Technology in France.
Chester L Lucas accumulated over forty-five years of engineering experience and published numerous articles on international operations, marketing, and cross-cultural relations, as well as writing a textbook. He began his career in the foreign service as a U.S Army field engineer at the Panama Canal during World War II and later headed offices in Panama, Ecuador, Italy, and Greece. After serving as International Vice President of the Sverdrup Corporation, he became a consultant to architects, engineers, and contractors with international operations.
