You have East's cards and you play standard signals where a high card either encourages continuing the suit or shows an even number of cards or suggests a shift to the higher ranking non-trump suit.
What do you want your partner to lead? It is easy to answer: a low spade.

The answer is difficult if you do not have an agreement with your partner on the signal you should use in a situation like this.
