'Some find other people's experiences of God rather threatening. This could well be so if we are made to feel we must all have exactly the same experiences before we can move along in our own Christian journey. But this book avoids all that.
'Learning of the walk of others, as this book invites us to do, opens up whole new vistas of possibility for us, though God, of course, has no clone disciples and, as the book illustrates. He does not touch us all in precisely the same way with exactly the same effect. Through these pages the Lord excites us with wonder at His mercy and encourages us with hope by His boundless grace. Certainly He has something more for all of us.
