Antonia Layard is a lecturer at the Bartlett, where she teaches and researches on aspects of environmental and planning law and policy. Simin Davoudi is Professor of Planning and Environment and Director of the Centre for Urban Development and Urban Management at Leeds Metropolitan University. Susan Batty is a senior lecturer at the Bartlett where she teaches and researches on the politics and theory of planning and urban development.
