A generation ago, Reinhard Klein hitch-hiked to the Monte Carlo Rally with his girlfriend and he has been travelling the world ever since, working for magazines worldwide. Long established as one of the world's most gifted rally photographers, he has a flair for capturing the people and landscapes just OS sharply as the speed and the spectacle. He says he has no interest in photographing road cars or racing cars. Based in Köln, he is married - to that same girlfriend - with three children. He rallies an MG Metro 6R4 in his spare time.
Vor gut 25 Jahren fuhr Reinhard Klein zusammen mit seiner Freundin per Anhalter zur Rallye Monte Carlo und bereist seitdem auf der Suche nach neuen Motiven die Weit. Zu seinen Auftraggebern gehören Zeitschriften aus der ganzen Welt. Als einer der talentiertesten Rallyefotografen hat er nicht nur den Blick für die Geschwindigkeit und für spektakuläre Situationen, sondern er vermag auch Land und Leute auf eindrucksvolle Weise einzufangen. Nach eigener Aussage interessiert es ihn nicht, Straßen- oder Rennautos zu fotografieren. Heute lebt er in Köln, ist mit seiner damaligen Freundin verheiratet und hat drei Kinder In seiner Freizeit bestreitet er selbst Rallies am Steuer eines MG Metro 6R4.


Ii y a 25 ans, Reinhard Klein faisait de l'auto-stop avec sa petite amie pour se rendre ou Rallye Monte-Carlo. Depuis, il voyage a travers le monde, mettant son talent de photographe a la disposition de la presse automobile internationale. Il est reconnu comme l'un des photographes de rallye les plus doués. En effet, il est particulierement habile a capturer aussi bien les gens et les paysages que la vitesse et le spectacle. Photographier des voitures de série ou de course ne l'intéresse pas, avoue-t-il. il vit aujourd'hui a Cologne, il est marié a sa petite amie de l'époque et a trois enfants. Pendant ses temps libres, il participe lui-meme a des compétitions de rallye au volant de sa MG Métro 6R4.
