Sam Deep is a speaker, trainer, and organizational consultant who taught at the college level for twenty years. Lyie Sussman, Ph.D., is a professor of management at the University of Louisville. Together they have written eight books and worked with organizations ranging from Alcoa to Mellon Bank, General Electric to the Pittsburgh Symphony.
