MICHAEL O'DONOGHUE was a founder of the National Lampoon and a head writer during the first three years of "Saturday Night Live." He currently writes screenplays and country-western songs. O'Donoghue and his wife have one cat in Manhattan (Jenny, often called "SlugflufT' or, thanks to a recent tuna binge, "Porky PufT') and six cats in Ireland (Clara, Inky, Pussbaun, O'Grady, Sparky, and L'il Chip).

SUARES has wrinen, illustrated, and designed numerous books including The /nd/spensob/e Cot The Illustrated Cat, the recent Black and White Cots and, just to prove he can draw something other than cats, the Bobor Baby Book.
