The Blue Guide to London, now in its tenth edition, appears for the first time in the new formát with redrawn ground plans, andáan atlas section, newly planned and drawn expressiy for it. The Guide covers roughly the area administered by the Greater London Council, but includes Windsor and the Lea Valley Régiónál Park. It is intended as a companion volume to the Blue Guide to Eng/and. London is a great artistic and historic centre but constant changes take place. While older buildings and districts of the greatest interest survive new attrac-tions are added to the scene and these have been duly recorded. In the central routes an attempt has been made to give sightseers on foot more interesting alternatives to the main traffic arteries. Descrip-tions of museums have been brought up-to-date, several new museums appearing for the first time.
