SKYLINE TEL AVIV — YAFO gives a unique portrait of the biggest metropolis in Israel, through thrilling aerial shots. The bird's eye view of the city enables it to be seen in an unusual way: the city is shown as it is now, but alsó from a perspective that goes beyond the day-to-day changes. The album enables a different re-examination of the familiar sights of the metropolis and provides a sense of letting-up in the dynamic pace of the "non-stop city"; in so doing it creates new connections and links and runs through the gamut of events, all in one frame.
The album is an "aerial tour". Its chapters are stops along this special tour, a tour made through photographs taken from a helicopter which provides an altogether different angle of view frorp that we get from the usual "eye-level" angle. The "tour" begins along Jaffa coastline and, as it continues, the traveller goes eastward and
