There is scarcely a Christian who has not reached out for God who approaches man in the dramatic way that he does during the Advent season.
The Coming God is one attempt to open ourselves to the Christ event which dawns every Christmas day. This little book is made up of commentaries and reflections on the readings for the daily Eucharistic liturgy of Advent. It is hoped that hy reflecting on these readings we may discover and welcome the Coming God when hd makes his appearance in our lives and hearts on Christmas day.

Father Terra is Director of Religious Education for the diocese of Sacramento. He was ordained in 1962 and holds master degrees in Theology and Religion Teaching.
