CALVIN RUTSTRUM is the complete outdoorsman. For nearly fifty years, he has made annual trips by canoe, pack horse, and dog sled into the wilderness. His own cabin, which he built himself out of quarried stone and squared timbers, is located about an hour's drive from Minneapolis.
