Ed McCarthy is a wine writer, Certified Wine Educator, consuitant, and collector who has been active in the wine trade for more than 20 years. He contributes to Wine Enthusiast magazine and is a contributing editor of The Wine Journal.
Mary EwingMulligan is the owner of International Wine Center in New York, a prominent wine school. She is the only American woman who is a Master of Wine, a title signifying the highest level of knowledge in the wine trade, and is one of only 18 Masters of Wine in the United States. She is also the wine columnist for the New York Daily News.
