A quaint seaside resort and a traditional Victorian family may seem unlikely ingredients in the making of a crime writer. But it was in this town and to this family that Agatha Christie was born.
When Agatha Christie's parents, Clara and Fred Miller, found out that they where expecting a baby 10 years after the birth of their second child, they where both surprised and delighted.
